Welcome to Desert Falls Master Association.
 Desert Falls is an upscale-gated community built in 1988 and located on the corner of Cook Street and Frank Sinatra Drive in Palm Desert, California, (760) 341-6016. The Desert Falls Master Association community is comprised of three member associations; Desert Falls Villas I HOA (807 condominiums); The Links at Desert Falls HOA (66 homes); and, The Estates at Desert Falls HOA (23 estate homes).
We provide our members superior services, and representation to preserve the quality of life that attracted all of us to Desert Falls.
The Villas I HOA and Master Board of Directors are committed to open communication, fiscal responsibility with adequate reserves, promoting home owner value, prompt courteous customer services, security and the maintenance of architectural integrity and the development of a long range landscape plan. We will work to improve cooperation among the associations and the country club.
On this site, you will find information about the associations, including information about their In-house Services because, aside from major maintenance projects, all services are performed by the associations’ own employees.
